Scootopia made Lambretta Late LD & series 1/2/3 & DL/GP zinc plated front hub nut.

Sticky's Spanner's Manual says -Occasionally if the spindle is in poor condition you will find that the spindle nut on one side does not undo. In that instance you need to find a thin spanner that will fit the inner nut behind the fork link. If you tighten that nut it should hold the spindle tightly enough to remove the outer nut".
